In this role, As a BA, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a critical role in the software development process. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define technical specifications.

.Continuously review and refine business processes to drive continuous improvement
.Proven work experience as aBusiness Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on software development projects.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
.Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and development teams.
.Technical acumen and understanding of software development concepts, databases, and technologies.
.Knowledge of data analysis and modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
.Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve potential issues early in the requirements phase.
.Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
