We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Source to Pay
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to perform the following:
. Understand queries from Suppliers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide timely clarifications / resolution to suppliers.
. Execute/ facilitate commercial agreements: deliver product from start to finish (from written document through to completion of eCommerce)
. Facilitates MSA negotiations with category management, asset supply chain, legal, and clause owners keeps all documentation (including revisions and agreed decisions) in clear, accurate and organized manner
. System Champion: understand systems, utilize reports, create reports, and analysis
. Collaborate to deliver price book compliance report off-contract spend for key categories and provide direction for category management
. Contract management and reporting Contract clean up and rationalization
. Update necessary systems to enable Purchase Order generation
. Spend reporting, KPI tracking and reporting
. Continuous improvement on system / process inefficiencies
. On time for meetings and prepared to discuss action item status
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. University graduate in any discipline
. Must possess sound knowledge of global and local supplier base
. Should have basic understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its implications in a manufacturing industry.
Preferred qualifications
. Rich work experience
. Must have sound knowledge of English
. Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP and Ariba
