Inviting applications for the role of Consultant &ndash Business Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customer for requirements gathering, understanding of business processes and objectives, creating functional specifications and translating the specifications and findings to engineering teams.
Responsibilities!
Coordinate and facilitate working sessions, interviews and meetings with customers for business requirement gathering discussions.

• Identify, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements. Communicate these requirements to responsible stakeholders.
• Create product backlogs, assist QA team to define and create test cases, assist with user acceptance testing.
• Work with development and QA teams (Engineering team) as functional expert on the solutions, features, and functionality.
• Interact with remote teams, clarify impediments in terms of domain knowledge and functional requirements.
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to end users.
• Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology

Preferred qualifications

• Critical thinking & Detail oriented &ndash attention to details to discover and identify challenges, opportunities, manage ambiguity and deliver high level of accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills &ndash ability to analyze the business problem and determine scope of work.
• Strong Communication skills &ndash ability to facilitate and drive meetings with customer, ask right questions, clearly articulate the need to development team.
• Hands on experience working on software projects built following Agile methodology
• Experience in business consulting/ analysis/ solution architecting.
• Project management tools &ndash Jira, MS office (Word, XLS, PPT), Visio.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.
• Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and delivering results.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities
• Working knowledge of finance/banking industry standards and practices preferred
• Understanding Intelligent operations and automation for Finance/Banking domain and processes.
• Understanding of Business Process Management Solutions.
• Understanding/Experience on Digital/Customer Experience projects.
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation skills
