Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, MIS & Reporting
You will be responsible to operate a MIS and Reporting team which will support the data and information requirements of Operations across multiple process for Australian geography. You will be encouraged to constantly challenge the current level of reports and bring in innovations in reporting to generate insights using the latest tools and technologies available.
Provide leadership and mentorship to your team members and continue to identify and recruit talent to build a robust team. Lead transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain. Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards being generated. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the all reports
• Lead meeting and develop agenda for Ops and Support functions to review performance and efficiency.
• Provide transparency and instructions to your team on the expectation for each report and dashboard. Build redundancies for effective delivery
• Develop a strategy for redefining manual reports and automated them using SQL DB and Power BI solutions. Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations.
• Follow a structured road map to develop the team and get them ready to scale up as the new automated reporting process are set up and executed
• Link process metrics, performance metrics and set up benchmarks for comparable projects and processes
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of monthly billing files that get sent to the client for approval. Also develop reports and tools to give daily and weekly visibility to Sr. Management .
• Creating/Scheduling and executing codes on DW and using FTP process to transfer files.
• Preparing and making reports/ presentations on Backoffice operations
• Designing and developing data model and dashboards
• Develop and optimize BI Dashboards, Reports, Data Models, and data flows.
• Test and validate accuracy of data in reports, analytics and dashboards.
• Performance tune Tableau dashboards (optimize extracts, limit fields/records, marks, optimize/materialize calculations, query optimization, workbook cleanup)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• Graduate (any stream)
• Specialist in Reporting and Analytics with confirmed experience in Reporting/ Analytics role
• Client handling and proactive communication with the customers is required as and when needed
• Meaningful experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management

Preferred Qualification

• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, SQL and database concepts.
• Tableau or Kibana report experience
• Server knowledge and expertise to the team on how to build and maintain Tableau Server dashboards and reports.
• Data quality / governance experience
• Data base concepts and data model design and development concepts
• Good understanding of back office operations (specifically FCC operations) would be an added advantage.
• Driving thought leadership towards building best in class reporting and analysis solutions
• Advanced Management skills, Leadership skills
