The candidate should be:
Post-Graduation in MBA and Undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline, preferably Computer Science

2. Strategic thinking by posing the right questions to understand the requirements
3. Analytical Skills – Researching and analysing the right data to make product decisions
with profit and feasibility in mind
4. Developing Value Propositions and Product Strategy
5. Driving Product improvements and Product Launch
6. Creating and Managing Budgets
7. Agile and Responding to Changing Demands
8. Consultative selling skills and Story-telling ability
9. World class Communication and Stakeholder Management
10. Good Project Management and Interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
12. Facilitative Leadership skills – Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to drive change in the organisation
Focus Area:
There are 4 areas that this role will focus on in order of importance:
1. Create and manage Solution Requirements for multiple analytic offerings, across a
number of Service Lines in different vertical industries helping articulate the
differentiated value proposition of these offerings
2. Shape the Intellectual Property needs for each offering, working closely with the
respective Practice team managing each offering, and own the IP development plan,
including functional specifications
3. Build multi-year offering roadmap, being responsible for defining release cycles and
tracking to them
4. Liaison with partner organizations and other Genpact teams, as needed.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Communicate continuously with all key stakeholders to create a shared Vision and
understanding of the Product Management function’s activities
2. Understand Clients Needs & Business Imperatives, and help articulate how to use
Analytics and Genpact offerings strategically to drive those imperatives
3. Devising, leading, managing the definition of analytics offerings across multiple service lines
4. Managing the participation of practice, delivery, marketing and communications team in the development and promotion of offerings
5. Ensuring the collateralization of offerings – creating repeatable offerings, supported by collateral (Marketing, Sales, etc)

1. Creative and Innovative approach to problem solving, in the use of process,
technology and analytics to solve business problems
2. Strategic thinking to apply a broad knowledge base and provoke offering teams
thinking beyond narrow solution parameters
3. Strong detail orientation, with a commitment to delivering high quality specifications
4. Deliver oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
5. Demonstrate the ability to facilitate meetings to generate ideas and make key
decisions
6. Blend of business and technical savvy, especially on enterprise products and solutions
7. Concepts of Agile
Desirable:
1. Scrum Certification
2. PMI Certification
