Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Sales AccountingResponsibilities

• Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales productivity
• Analyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for QBR&rsquos, or other Sales leadership presentations
• Design and develop processes and procedures to manage and administer Sales Tools
• Drive sales planning and forecasting for partner sales in partnership with partner sales operations and global
• Extract data sets, perform analyses, build data models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives
• Gather and define requirements for Business Intelligence initiatives
• Manage operational process improvement projects
• Support the implementation of Sales productivity, planning and reporting tools
• Maintain databases and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports
• Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of POS data and industry analyses, knowledge on retail and Healthcare/Life Sciences industry, exposure to Life Sciences data.
• Good communication skills
• Should have ability to handle large data sets in arriving at meaningful findings.
• Flexibility to work critical projects with strict deadlines.
• Expertise on Office tools – Excel, PPT. Power BI knowledge an added advantage
• Personal drive and positive work ethic
• Ready to work within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments
