Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various job portals and social media platforms
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
– Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role
– Maintain candidate databases and track their progress through the recruitment process
– Assist in preparing and sending out offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates
– Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
– Help with other HR related tasks as required
Requirements:
– Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
– Proficient in using various job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
