Reports to: DGM- Marketing
Roles and responsibilities:
Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners (CP’s) in assigned regions
Develop and implement qualifying criteria for CP’s.
Monitor sales performance of CP’s and recommend ways to enhance it further
Coordinate with other teams e.g., sales, operations, finance to ensure necessary support for CP’s
Improve existing CP training program by improving existing modules and creating new content
Monitor and report latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Engineers/ BBA/ MBA candidate may be preferred
Experience: 3-5 years. Prior experience in a building and managing channel sales network is a must.
Background in solar, batteries, inverters etc. is a plus
Assertive Communicator. Good communication skills, written, spoken and presentation.
Proficient in using MS Office and writing emails
