The top candidate will have expertise managing world-class brands that are purpose-driven and have a deep understanding of brand building strategies across all channels. And you will build a best-in-class foundation of tools, training and processes to elevate and reinforce a feeling of brand pride.
Core Role
Collaborate with cross functional global teams within the business as well as creative agencies, designers, photographers, and copywriters, to ensure brand assets are organized, up to date, and globally accessible.
Deliver measurable increase in adoption of Brand Center by soliciting feedback, actively listening to employees, responding to concerns, and optimizing the Brand Center experience.
Manage budgets, schedules, and creation of assets (photoshoots, illustrations, icons, etc.) with agency partners, vendors, and in-house design teams
Execute the strategy, vision and prioritized roadmap for Freshworks’ Brand Center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing content updates to the Brand Center CMS and DAM, ensuring all guidelines and assets are up to date, tagged, organized, clear, and easy to navigate.
Measure and report engagement with Brand Center, identify opportunities, and successes.
Collaborate with the Brand Immersion and Governance team to develop a vision and roadmap for ongoing improvements to the Brand Center platform.
Manage ongoing relationship with Brand Center vendor including release cycles, maintenance, scope, and budget negotiations.
Work with cross-function stakeholders to define metadata and deliver consistent taxonomy.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in digital production/digital asset management.
5 years of experience managing and executing creative projects and assets, including managing digital projects, experience in a creative agency environment is a nice to have.
Strong knowledge of DAM, ADA, metadata taxonomy, and SEO best practices, strategy principles and concepts for assets and digital content.
Solid knowledge of web publishing and content management systems best practices/standards.
Knowledge of meta-data schemas, asset uploading, file type management, file naming conventions, keywords.
Solid knowledge of media Digital Rights Management (DRM).
Sound experience in data governance, standards and process development.
Solid ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics or other tool, HTML/CSS, JIRA or other project management tool, SEO Implementation, and Basecamp.
