Job Description & Qualifications

• Review and approval of Journal entries, Sub-Ledgers, Reconciliation, RITs, ASLs for
• Indirect Tax & Direct Tax – International Markets Group (IMG) and Greater China (GC)

– Direct Tax – Europe

• Review and approval of Direct Tax accounting process for Europe, IMG and GC which includes
• Quarterly tax provisioning process
• Annual deferred tax reconciliation process (RTP – Return to Provision)
• Annual IFRS tax provisioning process
• Co-ordinating with location Office of Tax Counsel (OTC) to complete the quarterly tax provision sign off
• Review and providing input to team members for completion and submission of
• Quarterly tax accounts flux analysis
• Quarterly Tax rate changes
• UTP (Uncertain Tax Position)
• Presenting quarterly tax reserve review for Europe to the Senior Leadership
• Supporting team members in completion of various management review documents including statutory audits
• Overall team lead for innovation, automation, Business Continuity Planning, internal audits and other common activities
