Job Description

• To understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.
• Leveraging financial, analytical and appraisal skills to assess customers’ need for a home by analysing customer’s ability to service a loan by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly take in the application
• Guiding customers throughout the entire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned
• Council prospective customers about the loan opportunity and plan a meeting based on their interest.
• Confirm credit worthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Provide information on repayment schedule to customers
• Prepare & submit loan applications and provide recommendations for approval of loan.
• Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
