You will be part of FSS who are dedicated in providing Finance services across the globe. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.
Purpose
Processing of PO, NON-PO invoices, credit notes into ERP (Oracle/EPICOR) within TAT
Key Responsibilities:
1) To review and process AP PO and NON PO invoices into ERP system.
2) Perform Payment process in line with Global payments processes and procedures
3) Research and resolve Invoice discrepancies by coordinating with buyers and approvers
4) Respond to Query and clarification Emails from Local finance, buyers and internal queries from FSS on daily basis.
5) Prepare Monthly reports and submit on time.
6) Updating of Process documentation
7) Assist with month end closing
8) Perform vendor reconciliation and take necessary action.
9) Review aged payables ensure old invoices are paid as on due date.
10) Monitor debit balances and take appropriate action.
11) perform PO and Advance clearing activity
12) To act as Back up for some of the critical activities during team members absence.
13) Support Audit and ensure timely response and submission of documentation to auditors.
14) prepare and support for the Monthly KPI Key Metrics for the AP process.
15) involve in automation and process improvement initiatives
What you bring
Graduation related to finance and accounts which provides skills to understand financial processes. Ie. Bcom,(Accounts, Corporate, Honours), ,BA (Corporate Secretaryship), Mcom, MBA in finance Strong accounting knowledge Accounting knowledge with AP Experience- 2 to 5 years Team player & strong work ethics and integrity. Good written and verbal communication skills Preferably experience in working with international colleagues. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Office, Lync, Outlook).
