l Validate & if required prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects of company
l Work closely with team to identify, analyse and execute the most optimum financing solution for project (including debt & equity)
l Liaise with Banks, Financial institutions, PE funds, Rating agencies and other stakeholders in the financial community to ensure timely availability of financing for projects
l Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and
documentation
l Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance
l Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities and to monitor
compliance with financing conditions and obligations
l Work closely with senior management and support senior management on various financing related matters on an ongoing basis
l Undertake all the necessary activities for meeting the funding requirement for company/projects
Manage all activities related to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement
