Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of business strategy for FTO and growth business model for FSTC Flying School.
Ensuring thorough maintenance of student facilities and resources.
Management of customer service and cadet welfare staff, including annual performance planning and review and day to day performance management.
Monitor staff training needs to ensure ongoing operational effectiveness and to provide professional development opportunities with Sales & Marketing activities.
Admissions and Student Support Services.
Coordination of local student administration service staff to ensure effective local operations so that all governance and compliance standards are maintained.
Local promotion activities Marketing, Monitoring competitors monitoring market environment.
Developing current and future local markets.
Business Development and Relationship Management.
Expansion of the business through increased student recruitment and expansion of course portfolio.
Responsible for meeting growth and profitability targets, including recurrent annual increases in revenue
Requirement and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Development.
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in sales & Marketing.
Experience executing integrated sales and marketing plans, leveraging data and analytics to drive sales and marketing effectiveness
Self-starter that takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent command of the English language
Hands-on, results-driven mentality
Very organized and detail oriented
Ability to travel as required
Be a team player
Strong phone contact, email handling skills and active listening
Must be able to work in high-energy, fast paced environments
Previous flying school sales experience will be given more priority.
