We are looking for an experienced marketing strategist and practitioner, who will work with Fjuri engagement teams to tackle a broad range of challenges on behalf of our clients. This role could be a full-time hire or a contract opportunity. As a Marketing Strategy Consultant, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including designing always-on demand generation campaigns, auditing and building target audience definitions and persona profiles, auditing and defining content strategy, defining multi-channel experiences and journeys for audience segments, including how these journeys come to life across the B2B marketing technology stack. Work with client marketing teams to assess current approach to campaign strategy and execution, including audience definition, content, and customer journeys.
Design best-practice campaign strategies including orchestration of optimal customer journeys by segment, content strategies including messaging themes and frameworks, positioning and content formats, and messaging cadence.
Work with the Marketing Operations team to design and make recommendations for customized multi-channel experiences for target segments in the enterprise CDP platform.
Partner with client media and creative agencies to optimize campaign acquisition and engagement strategies.
Must be fluent in Enterprise B2B Demand Generation marketing, particularly in Technology industry.
Must understand the principles of B2B buyer journey, and digital marketing techniques to acquire, nurture and convert leads into qualified buyers.
Experienced interacting at the executive level and working teams.

The ideal candidate is curious and continuously learning, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of working outside of their comfort zone. You should enjoy taking ownership of hard problems and working closely with a diverse team to develop, test, and iterate toward a solution that you will then help to execute.
7+ years of experience designing and leading B2B demand generation marketing strategies and campaign execution.
An expert understanding of the B2B buyer journey, developing buyer personas, campaign and content strategies and designing journeys across multi-channels.
An understanding of the modern B2B marketing technology stack, including Automation and CDP platforms.
Experience using data and analytics to optimize performance outcomes.
Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple activities against specific deadlines.
BBA/MBA with marketing specialization or degree.
Experience working on both the client side and agency/or consulting practice.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill and communicate complex concepts, research, and findings via emails, presentations, and documents.
Ownership mentality and a drive to deliver measurable impact.
