What you will be doing
The Implementation-Conversion Analyst Specialist (Functional) will work independently and within a team environment to provide professional services to FIS customers using the InvestOne software solution including, but not limited to: project implementation services, solution configuration, solution customization and solution training. The Implementation-Conversion Analyst Specialist makes required assessments and adherent decisions to protect and defend FIS interests within the given framework of a mandate.

• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
• Lead and will participate in the conduct of business requirement studies and other project related activities.
• Configures InvestOne to meet Clientu2019s requirements (may include, but not limited to pricing, functionality, accounting configuration)
• Creates functional specifications for customization or core software (InvestOne) enhancements business process and product requirements definition.
• May liaise with Product Management to communicate InvestOne Client requirements and expectations.
• Conducts unit and systems tests supports System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or mock rehearsals activities of clients.
• Provides continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a proactive solution to be offered.
• Creates project documentation and deliverables.
• Provides training on InvestOne to clients as well as colleagues.
• May act as team leader for functional aspects of consulting projects. Mentor, guide, advise and/or check work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultants
• Contributes to the constant improvement of his/her domain through innovation and development of tools.
• Actively participates as a pre-sales resource in the pre-project phases at customers and prospects as a representative of the Professional Services organization.
• Proactively uncovers and qualifies new business opportunities with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Mastersu2019 degree, 3-8 years relevant experience
• MBA in Finance/CFA or equivalent in related field.

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator u2013 ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail u2013 track record of authoring high quality documentation
• Organized approach u2013 manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter but team mindset – work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
