Firstsource Healthcare Hiring for TL – Subscription & Digital Campaign at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

Role: TL – Subscription & Digital Campaign

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and launch a user/subscriber lifecycle campaigns.

Act as a SPOC for customers. Manage customer relationships.

Own MBR and QBR’s. Take ownership of user/subscriber campaign performance.

Provide customer, business and campaign updated to internal leadership.

Partner with customer success and account managers to leverage customer. interaction touch points and infuse personal, one-to-one programs.

Manage team of campaign managers and graphic designers. Manage appraisals and day-to-day operations responsibilities.

Participate in hiring new team members.

Participate in customer pitch and implementation phases.

Participate in sponsored tradeshows, seminars, workshops and events and build face-to-face loyalty and relationships with prospects and customers.

Qualifications

Requirements:
4-5 years of experience managing campaign team and media customers.

Worked at either a platform (SaaS) company or servicing company managing campaign teams.

Strong campaign creation and optimization skills.

Familiarity with user/subscriber lifecycle management tools/platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngege, AppsFlyer etc.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field is a plus.
