Position: Recruitment Consultant (All levels)
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation.
– Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements
– Regularly interacting with the Account Managers to understand the requirements
– Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
– Should ensure to revert submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
– Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
– Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
– Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database
Required Skills
– Recruiting experience preferred
– Excellent English language skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
– Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
– Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic professionals.
– Comfortable working in global shift timings (UK/USA/SINGAPORE/AUSTRALIA)
– Must be interested in finance & technology
– This is not a remote opportunity and selected individuals will be required to work from the Ahmedabad facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
