As a young Trainee / Manager Trainee you will be responsible for and be exposed to the development, implementation, and management of varied aspects of our business, including the development and execution of sales strategies at ground level, credit operations and risk process management, Analytics, marketing and implementation and liaison work with external entities. The Job will provide an opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experiences within the organization to take on bigger responsibilities basis your performance.
The assignment to the specific areas of business will be basis the areas of interest, the credentials, and the accomplishments of the selected candidates.
The candidates selected will be assigned to a) IT b) Credit Operations c) Channel and Key Partnership Management d) Analytics e) Marketing f) digital and online campaign management g) Accounts & Finance – basis the candidates credentials and aptitude and organisational requirements.
Roles are based in the corporate office in Chennai. Channel and key Management roles are available in Mumbai and Delhi
Desired profile of Candidate
Candidates applying for Marketing, Channel Management, Digital Marketing roles should have desired skills sets in the proven areas with good presentation and relationship-building skills. Skills in digital areas are a plus.
Candidates keen to pursue Information Technology opportunities should be a graduate from a reputed Engineering/IT institution
Candidates seeking opportunities as Credit Officers in Risk process management, Analytics and related areas should ideally have a minimum work experience of 2 years with a lending Fintech, NBFC, bank or a large DSA/CPA and must possess a working knowledge of the retail lending environment, with basic knowledge of credit bureaus, credit policy rules, review of loan applications etc. A background in credit risk underwriting of loans with any lenders is desired.
