About the company: Fedo has built deep expertise in the areas of analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) with a specific focus on healthcare. About the internship/job: Roles and Responsibilities • Talent acquisition and recruitment processes • Administer compensation and benefit plans • Conduct employees onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies • Undertake tasks around performance management • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities • Ensure compliance with labour regulations. • Coordinate with consultants and Finance for payments Desired Candidate Profile • Proven experience is same role • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, • Excellent communication and people skills • Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field • 0-3 years of human resources experience Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:
