Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr.Executive Accounts who is responsible for Inventory management, petty cash handling, day-to-day accounting and verification of Invoices v/s receipts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions – purchases, returns and inventory
• Vendor reconciliation and ageing analysis
• Matching purchases and returns with GRN
• Placing orders for consumables basis usage requirements
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Support and aid in the preparation of GST returns
• A weekly visit to stores for reconciliation of inventory
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Maintain petty cash and account for transactions
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Accounting Branch Entries & Matching Branch entries With Ho data
• Filing of Vouchers along with supporting bills
• Creation of ledgers
• Clearing the Debit entries & Closing the Books of accounts

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in Zoho Books
• Minimum 4 years of Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Tally ERP 09, PowerPoint etc.,

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
