Overview
Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is looking for a GDS Marketing Automation Assistant that is wanting to expand their marketing automation skills. This individual must have a passion for technology, enjoys learning and loves adapting to change in the digital space.
The GDS Marketing Automation Assistant will support the EY Oceania Martech team with Mercury CRM, project support, tactical execution of campaigns end to end, process improvements and educating users on campaign best practices. This individual must have experience with supporting email marketing campaigns and using various digital marketing tools such as Eloqua, MailChimp, Vuture or canva with a strong interest in data management and analytics. The individual must be flexible, motivated, have high attention to detail and must have a proven track record of working effectively with teams, and with senior leaders across the business to execute and report on campaigns.

Qualifications, knowledge & experience
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a digital/email marketing execution role, either in-house or agency background, who has worked with corporate, financial or professional services organizations.
