Responsibilities:
Guide & lead a team of 20 – 30 members along with project and task assignment.
Overall responsible for end to end test activities such as analyzing, validating and testing software development projects.
Judiciously participating in the project discovery phase for initial requirement analysis, estimations, schedule preparation and resource management, also supporting Pre sales team.
Experience in Manual testing & functional testing
Experience on Project Handling
Experience in investment banking or Capital Market Domain
Strong communication
Stakeholder management skills
Handling Client Call and requirment.
Direct interaction with Client for requirment discussion
Risk management
Experience of working on ALM and JIRA tools
Rigorous experience of test management and effort estimations
Provide resources, project planning and control
Participate in daily scrums and define scope of testing
