Position Description: MARKETING SPECIALIST
Summary: The individual in this role will be an integral part of a dynamic, global marketing team. Leveraging strong communications and organizational skills, this individual will lead and track internal communications with sales and other partners throughout the organization. This individual will also provide critical support and tracking for marketing managers, such as ensuring that all assets are published in a variety of internal and external channels, including social media, email promotions, display advertising and web properties, and administrative event work.
Maintenance, promotion and tracking of internal communications channels
Partner with global team to proliferate and track content across a variety of external channels
Event administration, including procurement, coordination of materials, and external promotions
Continuing Legal Education program administration
About 5 years’ experience within a marketing team environment
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
Good experience with Pardot or a similar client communication platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc. Should be really good with the marketing technology and adept at learning new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proven analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
Should have worked in multinational companies and/or with international stakeholders
We have a robust marketing tech stack, we are seeking an individual with the following types of experience:
List management and scrubbing, including within marketing technology platforms but also within excel
Building out and monitoring display campaigns
Working with graphic designers to create LinkedIn posts and display ads
Metrics monitoring -creating reports and data interpretation
Proofreading, writing, and attention to detail
Strong organizational, prioritization, project management and time management ability with a deadline focus
Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output
