Role’s and Responsibilities:
➤ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
➤ Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
➤ Mapping, managing and ensuring deliverables are met as per the various contracts.
➤ Handling and managing agencies including IR, PR, Ad etc.
➤ Create SOPs, ensure team members are following it.
➤ Mapping competition – its website, analyzing our website and regularly updating it with the help of content manager.
➤ Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
➤ Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
➤ Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies. ➤ Identifying brands for tie-up and guide the team on process.
➤ Event calendars (National and international), work-blueprints to be created.
1. Experience required 5-7 years.
2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
4. MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing field.
