Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective financial management policies and procedures.
• Manage the financial planning, analysis and reporting and accounting process
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts cost, and monitor performance against them.
• Create and analyze financial models for decision-making purposes.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, governmental, and legal regulations.
• Oversee financial audits and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure effective vendor relationships.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and Chartered Accountant
• Proven experience in a financial management leadership roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
