JOB RESPONSIBILITY of CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
1. Overseeing financial operations:
Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the manufacturing company. Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide accurate and timely financial information for decision-making
2. Financial reporting:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Cost management:
Monitoring and controlling costs, analyzing cost variances, and identifying areas for cost reduction. Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
4. Tax planning and compliance:
Managing tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and preparing tax returns.
5. Internal controls:
Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Communicating financial information effectively to senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making processes
6. Audit coordination:
Coordinating with external auditors for annual audits and ensuring timely completion of audit processes.
7. Strategic financial analysis:
Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the manufacturing company.
