Roles and Responsibilities
Designation Travel desk- Executive
Location Pune – Corporate Office
Reporting to Senior Manager-Admin
Process Air travel, Hotel, Train & Cab booking based on approved request received at Matrix portal
Coordinate with employee to understand the request and book accordingly
Provide guidance to employees to raise request in NEO
Identify the reliable vendor for Hotel & Cab booking
Maintain the tracker of all booking and share the weekly MIS
Statement reconciliation- Provide Soft copy to accounts for booking
Daily reconciliation report
