Chartered Accountant
Egniol Group of Companies, located in Ahmedabad, is seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be instrumental in managing financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and offering valuable financial insights. This full-time, on-site position requires candidates to be based in Ahmedabad.
Salary Range: Up to 9 LPA

Key Responsibilities :
- Enhance and oversee financial systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing insights for optimization.
- Conduct regular financial audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Prepare precise and timely financial statements while ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business and internal account department performance.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, offering financial insights and support.
- Utilize financial software to streamline processes and stay updated on advancements.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in financial management and accounting.
- Profound knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including experience in industries such as (add relevant industries).
- Experience in team handling.
- Proficiency in accountant standards, including expertise in TDS, GST, Income tax, and finalization of books of accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
