Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
Stay up to date with the latest trends on social media
Ability to collaborate on developing a platform-specific content strategy that is in line with our philosophy and objectives across numerous platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest while adhering to the agency’s creativity standards
Write innovative and compelling content for the brand’s multiple social media platforms
Analyze and track the efficacy of the posts, such as community, reach, conversations and interactions using social media analytics.
Analyze and understand the trends among our target audience and
Proficiency in multiple social media platforms countries to formulate the best strategy
Qualifications
Basic designing and video editing skills ( Knowledge of Canva and PremierPro is a bonus)
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong writing skills – Especially creative copywriting
Eye for design
Be organized and able to meet deadlines
E-Commerce Management Skills
