The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will support innovation initiatives within the Distributed IT business. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high degree of ambiguity, working with both data and people to enhance the front-end innovation process. A core responsibility is to champion business intelligence reporting. This requires building tools and processes that compile, normalize, and communicate market reports enabling the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities. In addition, the candidate will assist the product planning team to identify new market opportunities, develop global roadmaps, build business cases, coordinate VOC programs, and promote the global innovation pipeline.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Manage reporting of market intelligence data via Microsoft Power BI and other analytic tools

Create and customize dashboards that enable effective use and sharing of market intelligence

Build and evolve business tools that assist in new product introduction (NPI) activities including business case calculators, forecasting, and configuration

Organize and assist in leading customer facing engagements and VOC initiatives

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Collaborate with product managers and executive leadership to build tools and reports that address specific and evolving business needs

Drive continuous improvement of data quality and accuracy with market research firms

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of one (1) year experience utilizing SQL and Power BI in a business setting

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree from accredited institution

Experience using Python

3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, or Marketing
