Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning and strategizing of the campaign, offer and banner creation, and as well as ensuring growth for the brand.
Weekly presentation of data to concerned stakeholders.
Report creation and presentation of brand campaigns.
Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that both the brands and Dunzo users are happy with the service provided.
Offering proactive and creative solutions to improve the partnered brands’ performance on the platform.
Ensuring that all the key metrics affecting user experience are adhered to and under control for any brand partnership campaign.
Internal coordinating with all internal stakeholders including but not limited to category managers, marketing, city operations team and catalog team.
Working closely with Finance team and ensuring proper documentation and be the key POC for brand sales POC.
Skills and qualifications
Proficient knowledge of Excel
Fair understanding of accounting
Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
Have an aptitude for building interpersonal relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Ability to problem solve and negotiate.
Should enjoy diving into data and deriving insights.
