Responsible for sales growth in the region, map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region
Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate a nd design end-to-end service solutions for various BCOs.
Conduct deep market study to understand the changing needs and expectation of customers and to plan addressing issues in coordination with other departments.
Adhere to DP World laid down policies governing Credit control and credit offerings to customers.
Preparation of data, presentation, study papers, reports as required
Actively taking up / leading various projects pertaining to different aspects of logistics business as assigned.
Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of relevant objectives and targets as assigned by management
Undertake all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HOD
Effectively plan and manage commercial activities / customer engagement strategies and monitor progress keeping monthly, quarterly & yearly objectives and plan strategy for yearly business horizon.
Adapt in using sales digital tools – CRM / ERP / pricing tools.
