- Responsible for sales growth in the region, map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region
- Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate a nd design end-to-end service solutions for various BCOs.
- Conduct deep market study to understand the changing needs and expectation of customers and to plan addressing issues in coordination with other departments.
- Adhere to DP World laid down policies governing Credit control and credit offerings to customers.
- Preparation of data, presentation, study papers, reports as required
- Actively taking up / leading various projects pertaining to different aspects of logistics business as assigned.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of relevant objectives and targets as assigned by management
- Undertake all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the HOD
- Effectively plan and manage commercial activities / customer engagement strategies and monitor progress keeping monthly, quarterly & yearly objectives and plan strategy for yearly business horizon.
- Adapt in using sales digital tools – CRM / ERP / pricing tools.
