Major Job Responsibilities:
Execute the yearly regional development plan based on the marketing plan from MMs
Lead market development in responsible segment and sub-region and deliver short to medium business results through working with cross functional team. (TS&D, Seller, MM)
Manage and prioritize project pipeline to maximize profit return meanwhile strategically fit with business growth
Identify growth opportunities and unmet needs in the marketplace and turn them into innovation program
Leverage successful stories across the region to have geography expansion at selected segments and regions
Work with MMT to develop new product positioning/pricing/promotion and conduct competitive intelligence analysis
Conduct market studies based on the business needs and propose marketing plan to MMT/BMT
Value Chain integration by working with value chain team internally and brand owners/machinery suppliers externally to maximize business value
Experience and Education:
BS in business, chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 5- 8 years commercial experience. Experience in packaging or related industries preferred.
MBA or formal business training/certification and experience in market development are preferred.
Technical experience in packaging industry will be a plus.
