Roles and Responsibilities
Execute controlling activities, run analysis, and create reports
– Draw country / region reports from Freight MIS as required
– Reporting and analysis as required by global team by working closely with them
– Implement standard reports from Power BI to Freight MIS
– Download reports from Crest and populate in templates
– Cost Controlling
– Revenue Analytics
– PnL/BS Review
- Do billing quality check
– Extract invoicing / Billing data at country level
– Verify this data against Freight soft and Oracle
– Identify and flag exceptions
- Ensure the process documentations / SOPs are updated with changes as per the plan
- Create finance reports and management presentation decks
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with finance & accounting specialization
- Post-graduation / Financial Management certification (preferable)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance domain
- Prior experience in managing onshore offshore working environment
- Should be well versed in MS Office Suite especially Advanced MS Excel (pivots, dashboards, data models, database management) and should have good knowledge of PowerPoint.
