Role Description
As Manager level based at Pune branch additionally and will also look after Aurangabad and Kolhapur location.
Main responsibility to control the delinquent loan accounts and delinquency percentage for above locations.
With his regular collection activity he should also take care of audit and compliance for all these locations.
To reduce NPA loan accounts he should know the legal recovery process for secured and unsecured loans in detail.
And also attend the court cases for the same regularly.

Your key responsibilities
Co-oridation with legal vendors and other agencies
Attending court proceedings to get faster results
Provide all possible support to legal vendors
Co-ordination with publication vendors and ensure there is no reputation risk
Preparing draft of replies to the borrowers/Advocates
Safeguard the properties possessed under SARFAESI Act.
Preparing weekly/ Monthly legal MIS and always ready with audit prepardness.
Ensure legal and compliance issues.
Affirm evidence in the courts
Initiate arbitration/lok Adalat execution thereof
processing of bills/prepare legal budget for each location
Your skills and experience
Minimum two year in legal recovery departments
Well-versed with actions under SARFAESI/DRT/DRAT/High Court/Civil Courts
Preparation of legal and other notices/drafts for PAN India accounts
Co ordination with regional collection managers to provide all possible legal support.
Support the team in regard to legal and recovery claims.
Taking possession and disposing of the properties under SARFAESI Act
Follow the process notes to safeguard banks interest
Initiate actions under recovery law on default accounts
Timely actions and follow ups to get speedy results
Co-ordination with other departments to get the right feedback
