Your key responsibilities

• The Vendor Management and Performance Specialist supports the design and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with client and investment/ROI standards and the Enterprise Services domain strategy.
• The Vendor Management and Performance Specialist also undertakes the daily workload, activities and tasks of the supply chain management functions in establishing, monitoring, and optimizing vendor relationships.
• The Vendor Management and Performance Specialist can be aligned to a specific function e.g. Contract Governance but will be encouraged to build a fuller set of skills and experience to support the end-to-end supply chain, cross-functionally.

Your skills and experience

• Undergraduate Degree from an university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
• Graduated Degree in business management
• Experienced in ÍT vendor management for multiple years, e.g. RFI, RFP
• Experienced in designing business cases
• Strong skills in writing IT contracts
• Strong managerial skills
• Delivery focused & able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• A team player and excellent collaborator
• Ability to balance interests of different stakeholders
• Very good English language skills
• German language skills are welcome
