Job Summary
Deutsche Bank International Private Bank (IPB) is seeking to fill its new position for Content Administrator in Product Marketing with an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual possessing a strong work ethic and passion for content management.
We are looking for someone who can support a team of content managers, based in Mumbai, who work on variety of product content including documents, capabilities, RFP responses, digital content and visual assets.
The Content Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a content calendar, managing statistics for capabilities, and adhering to governance for document management. The Content Administrator will need to ensure quality, clarity and consistency when reviewing documents. The ideal candidate can confidently gather feedback / approvals, develop workflows, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate successfully on virtual teams across different time zones/countries, and help organize and structure content.
This role requires an excellent grasp of the English language and a love of words. It also requires excellent attention to detail, project management skills, light editing and proof-reading. You should understand the basic principles of content and document management. You will need to be hands-on with Dot CMS, Sharepoint and Adobe Professional. You will need to be proactive in ensuring that information related to our products is accurate, and take care to follow our internal processes for lifecycle management. The successful applicant will work with the Product Marketing, Offering Management and Compliance Teams around the world.

Primary Responsibilities
Maintain content calendar for documents, capabilities & entire document lifecycle management Trigger monthly / quarterly / annual reviews of documents and other content items Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and approvals Manage the renewal / review process from end-to-end Support the team of content managers in Mumbai Generate monthly MIS reports for intranet sites Manage daily and monthly administrative tasks
Ensuring the execution and implementation of content runs smoothly.
Reviewing existing processes for effectiveness and devise new processes or streamlining as needed.
Writing key operating procedures.
Maintaining organized records and approvals.
Assisting in maintaining the Sharepoint site to keep track of the content management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Understanding of content management tactics
Strong organization and project management skills
Proficiency in excel
Impressive attention to detail
Terrific communication skills, including writing, editing and proof-reading
Experience in software for content management and collaboration like DOT CMS, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sharepoint, Jira, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently, as a team member, and as a collaborative partner
Strong knowledge of financial services products, services and distribution is helpful
Marketing experience a plus
