Job description

Position: Manager- Finance – (Real Estate Industry) – Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial statements to provide expert financial perspectives and opinions.
• Assist management in preparing the annual budget
• Ensure all data required for monthly budget tracking is built and provided in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information to management for long-term financial strategizing.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, budgets, budget-to-actuals and financial projections.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; informing management regarding the cash flow and making requisite arrangements for timely availability of funds
• Working closely with the promoters in developing plans for fundraising activities from the investors/Banks/NBFCs
• Preparing responses and provide information about the business for ad-hoc requests raised by investors/Banks/NBFCs
• Assisting the accounts/finance team during the fund raising process, including preparation of data and assisting investors/Banks/NBFCs with company due diligence
• Providing support on as needed basis for completing the required documentation and to close the fund raising process.
• Working with cross-functional teams for preparing the metrics and generating the MIS as per requirement
• Presenting the MIS and metrics to investors/Banks/NBFCs
• Developing an understanding of the business, and regularly updating the MIS format to reflect the growth in business.
• Proper understanding, going through all documents (Mortgage Loan & Corporate Loan) pertaining to financial institutes.

Candidate Profile:

MBA /CA / CA Inter with 8 to 12 years of experience in Real Estate
