Position Summary

Senior Analyst – Digital Marketing (Switzerland) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Reporting to the Head of Operations and working with the wider marketing team (Design, PR, Events, CRM), the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Firm’s marketing campaigns, both internal and external, through online solutions. You will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills. This is a very interactive and diverse role and will suit a highly motivated individual with strong drive and ambition.

As a part this team, you will:

• Deliver marketing campaigns using digital/online tools (social media, website, intranet, email, online advertising, online marketing, search engine marketing)
• Manage and review website content using a content management application, ensuring timely and accurate updates
• Work with Stakeholders to determine content needs, relevance, accuracy and needs for other areas of the site
• Conduct regular analysis and web audits to ensure content accuracy and intended audience appropriateness
• Work with Stakeholders to develop search engine optimisation campaigns
• Monitor, measure, analyse and report usage on all platforms
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new online solutions
• Develop an expert understanding of our online brand guidelines
• Work with our global online team to ensure alignment with global campaigns and initiatives

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing/Web Content Management gained in either agency or client side
• Excellent web copy writing and usability skills with a strong attention to detail and good visual design appreciation
• A basic knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, CSS and/or JavaScript
• A basic knowledge of Adobe Experience Management (AEM) will be additional.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop, would be a distinct advantage
• A demonstrated track record of achievement and technical competence
• Proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in using Content Management systems, Blogs/email marketing tools and software, website analysis software
• Experience with social media and SEO campaign management tools an advantage
• The ability to plan, schedule and prioritise your own workload is essential
• Ability to work independently and Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to plan individual market research projects and take ownership of deliverables
• Ability to work to deadlines is essential
• Candidates should be proficient in MS office applications
• Very high level of communication including written, oral and presentation skills. Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying advance email etiquette
