e business, technology, financial, regulatory and legal risks and compliance on a sustained basis. As one of the leading risk management consulting practice of its kind, we provide services in the Regulatory & Compliance space covering Banking, Securities and Investment Management. Under Regulatory Risk and Capital services, we help clients to identify the regulatory changes that impact their business and to implement effective and efficient processes to manage regulatory, capital and liquidity risks. Also includes services to respond to and remediate regulatory failures when they occur.

Work youโ€™ll do

Essential job requirements include:

  • Supporting implementation of large and complex regulatory initiatives such as Basel IV, CCAR, FRTB, CECL and Libor transition – including drafting of position papers, business and functional requirements, test plans and user guides

  • Performing capital and liquidity assessments including providing support to capital optimization programs

  • Validating capital plans, resolution plans and QIS submissions

  • Conducting credit reviews and analysis across various
retail/wholesa

le portfolios, including providing support for M&A due diligence and third-party purchases

  • Driving data management initiatives including setting up and monitoring of data quality and governance programs

Establishing/r

eviewing processes, controls and technology infrastructure required for production/ attestation of regulatory reports such as FR-Y14A/Q/M, FR-Y9C, FFIEC 101, COREP, FINREP, FR2052a, LCR, NSFR etc.

  • Implementing and testing of various capital management, data governance and reporting platforms such as OFSAA, Collibra, AXIOM, etc.

  • Establishing and managing program management office to support large change management initiatives

  • Supporting pursuits and market facing eminence efforts

  • Engaging in stakeholder management and problem solving that would require strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior experience in any/all the below areas is preferred:

o Working for financial services consulting firm, a large bank, or broker-dealer

o Working for the U.S. or International Banking or Capital Markets Regulator (e.g. SEC, CFTC, EBA etc.)

Our capabilities include designing the target operating model, assessing policies and procedures, testing and monitoring on a managed services and project basis, assessing risk, reporting and

communicating,

as well as building the analytics and reporting structures to allow for ongoing measurement and monitoring. We use proprietary tools, technologies and accelerators to allow clients a more proactive approach to managing risk and achieving regulatory compliance. We design comprehensive compliance programs and advise clients on how to effectively navigate a regulatory investigation or inquiry.

Preferred

  • FRM and/or CFA certification

  • PMP certification
