The Marketing Engagement team manages and supports a variety of firm-wide out-bound marketing campaigns. The team works closely with the business to plan, manage, and execute virtual and in-person campaigns.
This includes creation and send of personalized emails containing Deloitte thought ware, newsletter, webcasts, and events which are shared with a broad spectrum of clients. You will report to the Marketing automation leads in BSO and NSE. Here are few of other responsibilities.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the Email marketing and Marketing Engagement team, you will:
Understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns with Marketo and Salesforce CRM to deliver measurable results and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner that meets business objectives.
Responsible for ideation and execution of campaign processes, best practices, governance, list loads, sync, scores, alerts, triggers, and testing requirements, as well as producing asset and reporting templates
Configure the marketing automation platform to create additional components of the campaign, such as campaign mailing lists, automated flows, web forms or personalisation elements within the campaign assets
Carry out quality assurance on all aspects of the finished campaign build in-line with defined processes
Work with the project team to attain client sign off. This may involve managing client amendments, answering client queries, timely communication around project process, risks and concerns and running additional quality assurance processes as required
Could understand and run interlinked multi-channel complex automated campaigns
Run A/B tests for campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance Provide key campaign reporting metrics to the project team as required
Manages lead generation process using forms and smart campaigns and monitor sync between Marketo and CRM
Have the capability to compose, negotiate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with Partners/Sponsors other members of the marketing organization as needed
Generate various reports in Marketo and share key metrics with stake holders
Basic understanding of Lead scoring, transfer & sync of data between various integrated platforms.

The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the NSE with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Bachelor’s degree

A proactive, progressive and analytical mindset
Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects
Good understanding of wider digital disciplines, including digital analytics, campaign strategy, social media and advertising
Knowledge on reporting and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Eloqua, Tableau will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, especially MS Excel
Knowledge on deploying digital marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform
