The Restructuring team provides advisory & support services to Deloitte members firms’ Restructuring practices in performing diverse engagements. The restructuring team supports the onshore team in all areas of business life cycle including opportunity identification, preparation of pitches/proposals, live mandate support and insolvency and cash management support.
The team has significant experience on diverse business development and live projects. We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms’ restructuring practices and provide dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle. Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your networks across the vast Global Deloitte network.
We offer restructuring support across sectors and geographies focusing on financial and operational restructuring, turnaround and options analysis, financial and debt structure analysis. Our core offerings also involve insolvency and case administration support, cash and bank management support.
We also have an active international secondment program for our analysts after they gain relevant experience as we believe this plays a crucial role in their overall career and personal development. This includes secondment into restructuring practices across our global network of Deloitte member firms.
Work you’ll do
A career within Restructuring practice will provide a wide & valuable experience in an exciting and dynamic working & learning environment. The role will position you to support on the restructuring and Clients and Industries side of things, which include the following activities:
Support the Clients & Industries and Restructuring teams of Deloitte member firms across the globe.
Assist the onshore teams with regular analysis for priority accounts in terms of various financial indicators, studying & summarizing company presentations and analyst reports, etc.
Build and manage pipeline trackers, prepare collaterals and marketing materials, etc. to support the Clients and Industries teams with Business Development and other initiatives
Execute projects across the restructuring services space on various initiatives and product offerings including company profiles, insolvency case administration, accounts payable & receivables, etc. with minimal oversight of the senior members.
As an Executive/Sr. Executive, you will have the opportunity to be involved in diverse nature of engagements where you will:
Create and own pipeline trackers for potential clients, assist on sales campaigns, and support on wider business development initiatives.
Liaise and work closely with the engagement teams team members in the Middle East, Switzerland, Canada, and Europe – depending on the projects.
Work towards tight deadlines, adding value to complex and high-profile projects
Demonstrate strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
Graduate Fresher/ Graduate with 6 months of experience
Educational Background: Finance/ Accounting/ Management Studies
In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Restructuring services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:
Excellent track record and strong academic achievements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills – a certification would be a plus
Sound understanding of general financial concepts

Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
