This involves developing innovative marketing solutions content and communications that clearly articulate the technical and business advantages of our offers. Our technically savvy audience want facts not frills, so we write industry white papers, customer presentations, articles and pre-sales material that tell people exactly what they want to know.

What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will create pre-sales technical enablement collateral such as Product/Solution feature & architecture white papers, Product/Solution technical training presentations, Best practices guide for pre-sales and customers, Technical FAQs, RFP Boiler Plates & Repositories etc. Work collaboratively with Product Management & Product Marketing Teams to support Technical demos and presentations used in various Dell Technologies and Industry Events, act as enabler for technical training on various Telco solutions, support competitive analysis and research to determine appropriate positioning of Telco Portfolio technical features and capabilities. You will also apply deep technical expertise and industry experience to formulate and develops technical content, proof concepts, third- party analyst benchmarks, and technical papers that span solutions portfolio.
You will:
Works to gather Product Management and Marketing inputs to understand solution and technical needs aligned to customer opportunities as well as ecosystem partner engagements
Provide technical review and ensure alignment to product management priorities of engagements requested
Work with cross functional team for each customer or partner opportunity to ensure timely delivery and tracking against requirements
Deliverables: technical review, technical customer/partner facing content, review of customer use cases, define performance metrics, white papers, solutions brief, tech videos, demos
Works with engineering and marketing teams to support new product releases.

Essential Requirements
Proven record of working in mobile network systems, Telco SP or a Telecom/Network Vendor environment as a member of Product Mgmt/Technical Marketing/Pre-Sales Engineering staff
8+ years of relevant experience in building & delivering technical marketing material and enablement using infrastructure or software products. or equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong communication & documentation skills and an ability to articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements. The ability to collaborate across various teams
Strong knowledge in 5G architecture, implementation, and ecosystem. Exposure to 3GPP & O-RAN, TIP Specs.
Experience in/understanding of CI/CD production pipelines and development tools such as – Jira, Jenkins, and Docker. Understanding of cloud-based software technology landscapes and DevOps ecosystems.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about technology and working as a part of a global team.
Strong understanding of Cloud Native Technologies, such as K8s, Containers etc.
Desirable Requirements
Hands on cloud experience with AWS, VMW & Redhat
Experience in Mobile packet core, Edge or Radio Access Networks (RAN)
Experience with Telecom test tools such as KeySight
