Delhivery Hiring for Director Internal Audit at Gurgaon Full Time

We are looking for a highly competent leader to manage Internal Audits while working very closely with the Sr VP – Internal Audit.

This is a Gurgaon-based role with a listed company among the fastest growing logistics & supply chain solutions company in India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist CAE in performing annual risk assessment for annual internal audit plan
• Assist CAE in finalizing Annual Internal Audit Plan
• Hire, manage and review the performance of Internal Audit team under his/her Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Assist CAE in completing internal audits as per approved annual internal audit plan
• Direct and review the data analytics approach adopted by Audit Manager during audit planning and testing. Hands on expertise / Lead by example required for data analytics driven audit methodology
• Direct and review the audit objectives prepared by Audit Manager and ensure key financial and operational risks are adequately covered
• Devote 50% of the time in leading complex internal audit projects himself/herself
• Ensure compliance of IA policies and procedures in audit execution and audit working papers
• Ensure compliance of usage of audit management tool and timesheet
• Review and sign-off audit working papers created by Audit Team
• Review / write internal audit report for review by CAE
• Ensure periodic check-in with process owners to ensure timely closure of the issues
• Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders including process owners and functional heads
• Demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and innovative approach in managing projects, stakeholders and teams

Experience – 8 years

Qualification – CA & CIA
