This role reports to Customer Success, and is working in close collaboration with teams across Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales.
The impact you will have:
Empower users at scale with simple and engaging technical, implementation and best practices content on Databricks Community
Develop and implement an incentive program to source user enablement content and encourage development from internal teams
Develop and maintain a review and approval process for internal content to be optimised for Databricks Community and tagged appropriately
Provide editorial, communication and SEO expertise and guidance
Define and implement standards and guidelines that promote quality and consistency
Establish and maintain an editorial calendar to align with enablement priorities and complement content on Databricks Documentations, Knowledge Base articles, Academy training and Blog
Collaborate with cross-functional content teams to ensure consistency across content areas and taxonomy
Track and report on content impact and trends
What we look for:
4+ years of experience in content curation or content management
Understanding of big data technologies, such as cloud architecture, Spark, AI, data science, data engineering, ML and more
Experience with sourcing content and developing a content pipeline from cross-functional teams, including with incentive program
Identify impactful content and optimize for community readiness
Excellent writer, editor and communicator with ability to simplify complex content
Experience with content SEO
Experience in creating structure and processes that streamline tasks and workstreams
Strong attention to detail and ability to use data to make decisions
