DAT Software and Analytics is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our incredible Marketing team in Bengaluru. We’re looking for an Email Designer and Coder to build emails and landing pages that drive
campaigns and boost traffic. The email marketer will work with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to create engaging marketing content across email and in-app channels. You will be responsible for the coding, producing, proofing, testing, and troubleshooting of email campaigns. You will be expected to produce error-free content and possess a strong attention-to-detail. This role will often balance many projects, contributing to multiple initiatives across the marketing mix and will require someone who is adaptable with strong project management skills.
Candidate profile
Ability to create and monitor the success of email marketing campaigns
Can ensure the design and layouts of emails and landing pages are optimized and user- friendly
Strong attention-to-detail and ability to proofread key messaging
Experience compiling and maintaining email lists
Desire to be a team player in a fast paced marketing environment
What You’ll Do
Support the production of email and in-app marketing, such as push message overlays and app tiles, as a member of the Marketing Automation team.
Execute email marketing campaigns including build, and QA, testing.
HTML coding and development for email using responsive design and email coding best practices.
Resize and optimize graphics for email delivery.
Work with brand guidelines to deliver positive user experience across our digital properties.
Create and manage templates and style guides.
Consulting on technical capabilities and considerations.
Scripting for dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation.
Display problem-solving skills to address and solve technical problems that arise.
Partner with the Demand Generation team to manage content, audience targeting and publishing of in-app assets.
The Skills You’ll Need
+3 years of email marketing experience
Working knowledge of XHTML, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, JavaScript
Understanding cross-browser and front-end development issues.
Exceptional editing and proofing skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong communications skills and ability to work across various teams at any level.
Technical understanding of platform-specific scripting languages (AMP script, etc.).
Experience working in SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Pardot preferred.
Experience with Movable Ink and Litmus Builder preferred.
