Job Description
The major role of the candidate is to enhance the member engagement though continuous interaction via various IESA online and physical platforms and encourage members to avail IESA benefits and active involvement in all IESA activities. The candidate will have following key responsibilities:
Planning and strategizing, how to build IESA as a strong community.
Encourage maximum members to engage in IESA ecosystem by creating strong network.
Creating & maintaining the monitoring platform for member engagement called member dashboard.
Considering different offline and online engagement modes to encourage members to participate in IESA working groups, IESA events, webinars, roundtable, IESA training programs.
Encourage IESA members to use IESA tender section, resource section, IESA Academy LMS platform.
Timely update for member information on IESA website including IESA members page, IESA store, IESDB etc.
Structuring and setting up communication channels and maintaining its frequencies with members
Maintaining and managing IESA member excel, WhatsApp group, newsletter database etc.
Timely execution & coordination of Working Groups, Regional Townhalls.
Goal is to increase member retention ratio and limit the member dropouts.
Representing as a channel to collect feedback, suggestion, and scope of improvement for IESA members.
Providing engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
Responding to comments and IESA member queries in a timely manner
Maintaining the Minutes of the meeting with LC & platinum members.
Organize and manage events to boost IESA & its sub-brands awareness.
Coordinate with Marketing and Communications teams.
Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
The candidate should be comfortable to speak/in communicating with CXO level executives as well as policy makers and government officials.
Qualifications
Minimum proven 5-7 years of work experience as a community manager or similar role in industry associations, trade agencies or similar organisations.
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Willing to travel around the country, extrovert and outdare.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position with 6 months probationary period. In this capacity, the candidate will be paid a competitive salary with industry standards. In addition, he/she will be immediately eligible upon employment to participate in benefits generally made available to full-time employees which include but are not limited to an annual bonus, health insurance, and gym membership.
