• Ability to scale, build and sustain • Driving Sales of Payment Business from Sales Team • Daily monitoring of achievements of all payment products i.e. Credit Card, Merchant Acquisition, Prepaid, Debit Card etc • Coordination with Branch Banking Leadership Team i.e. Cluster Head & Zonal Head, Branch Banking Head • Creating enablers and supporting sales team for generating business • Driving Sales from both ETB & NTB and maintain required penetration • Build a culture to hire, retain and groom a strong sales team • Focus on control and compliance • Identify and build relationship with vendors for sales support • Should posses knowledge of the geograpies of the Zone and understands potential areas and ability to leverage the opportunities • Should have to abilities to compete in the market and work towards gaining the market share • Daily monitoring of Product & Portfolio trend lines • Working with teams for segmentation strategy and expand the market limit • Strong interpersonal, communication and team management skills • Focus on customer grievances resolution with prescribed TAT
