About the role
As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing an excellent service delivery experience for customers using our insurance products.
Main duties & Responsibilities
Handle customers enquiries about our products via the dedicated system, Zendesk
Escalate unknown cases to the Team Lead via the procedure established on Zendesk
Identify and communicate any issues or opportunities for improvement with the Support Team Lead
Contribute to the combined global support team, working collaboratively as one team to achieve strategic objectives.
Contribute towards the quality of the content in any language by raising any improvement with the Support Team Lead.
Achieving the given KPI for the agreed B2B and B2C SLA’s
Implement new processes to achieve individual and team’s KPI’s
Assist with content translations when required
What does the ideal profile looks like?
1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre with variable shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English (verbal & written)
Proven ability to identify problems and raise them for a solution
Demonstrated passion for the internet, technology, startups etc with an interest in insurtech
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
Ability to work in a multi-geographical customer service team, with variable shifts (including weekends)
